“Brave Nature School has been lovely. My family is continuing to be cautious of COVID so finding an outdoor learning and socializing activity has been amazing.

The sessions are very cute and Kimberly clearly puts lots of thought, care and effort into each week.

It's the highlight of my week seeing my little one interact with other littles in such a sweet place."

Maryam, New Haven

"As each Sunday approached, my toddler would get very excited when I said we'd be going to "nature school" again! This was such a lovely intentional space for us.

Kimberly is a warm and generous facilitator who provided us with lots of ways to engage and observe our environment as it changed throughout the season. There is a good combination of unstructured exploring/play and activities. My child also loved being around the other kids.

If you are looking for something to do alongside your toddler on Sunday mornings (or other days of the week), we couldn't recommend Brave Nature School enough."

Helena, Hamden

“Hannah and I found ourselves at a park this morning. We were sitting on the ground, her hands dug into leaves and dirt.

And I realized that, a few months ago, I never could’ve imagined plopping my 7-month-old onto a random patch of grass in 45 degree weather and letting her put leaves in her mouth. It’s not that I would’ve been against it; I’m just not an outdoorsy person, so it never would’ve have occurred to me as a thing to do.

We’re only 2/3 through this first session, but I’m confident that Hannah’s life is already changed for the better because of what we’ve learned at Brave Nature School. Thank you.”
